EXPERIENCED & TALENTED TEAM
Steve Esslemont is the managing director of Lapworth Garage and he has over 30 years experience service, repair and sales within the motor trade. He is supported by Chris Lindon who too is vastly experienced with over 25 years in the trade. At the other end of the experience scale is Sapphire Quaterman who in 2013 was only one of only nine people

We are members of the Good Garage Scheme and hold a 5 star rating based upon the feedback from our customers.
Being members of this scheme means our customers are dealing with a local garage which can be trusted to carry out car service, MOT’s or car repair’s to a strict Code of Conduct and will always have your best interests at heart. The code of conduct covers:
To notify customers before work is undertaken if the business does not accept particular forms of payment.
To deal with complaints from customers within 2 weeks of receiving a complaint.
To make parts replaced during service or repair available for inspection by the customer.
To comply with the Industry Standard Service checklist on all services and include products that remove contamination.
To provide a completed service checklist following the service.
To offer the customer a feedback leaflet.
HISTORY
With the help of some helpful residents of Lapworth we have traced our roots back to about 1916. The original garage premises was just down the road from our current location which moved to our current location in the 1950’s.
